Forkful is a biannual magazine that celebrates Melbourne’s distinct and diverse food culture.

We go beyond listicles and flavour-of-the-month restaurants to celebrate the people and the stories behind Melbourne’s renowned food culture. We talk to the chefs, the baristas, the sommeliers, the entrepreneurs, the bartenders, the cookbook writers, the photographers.

We acknowledge that Forkful is produced on sovereign Kulin Nation Country, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
