Sustainable sips
You can tell a lot about a person by their drinking vessel of choice
KeepCup
Words by Emma
Emma has always been concerned about doing her part for the environment. In fact, her whole family has. Her little sister once learned how to make beeswax wraps at home for a school project. So, needless to say, when KeepCups came about Em promptly went out and bought one. Since then, this little yellow and black number has been her faithful companion, through early mornings, late nights, fun days with friends and long hours at work. A busy bee cup for a busy bee girl!
Stainless Steel Insulated Bottle
Words by Hanna
Anybody who knows her will tell you that Hanna is a no-nonsense kinda gal. She won’t take your s*!t so you best behave. As such, it’s fitting that her go-to hydration option is the very no-nonsense stainless steel option. Easy to care for and hardy, it’s certainly in it for the long run. Something that won’t give up easily, very much like Hanna herself. Oh! And did we mention? It’s insulated too!
Did someone say Snapple?
Words by Abigail
Abby is not ashamed to admit that she is a shameless re-user. Anything from 2 L Lipton Ice Tea bottles to 500 ml plastic water bottles, if she bought it, you can bet your a$$ she’s going to re-use it till it’s on its last life. But occasionally she feels a bit fancy, and in times like those her favourite is the Snapple bottle. A textured, 500 ml glass bottle with a metal lid, Snapple is as fancy as it gets when it comes to bottled water. Since they’re safer than plastic, it is not uncommon to find a small army of re-used Snapple bottles by Abby’s bedside. And hey! They help her keep track of her water intake. After all, it’s important to get at least two litres of water in every day to keep things running smoothly.
